1. Overview
This policy explains what information the Pixel Glass Cam team ("we") processes when providing the mobile application Pixel Glass Cam (the "app"), why, for how long, and your rights. We comply with the laws applicable where you live, including the Korean Personal Information Protection Act and the EU GDPR.
2. Information we do not collect
- Camera frames, photos and videos — the glass-tile effect is rendered on your device in real time. Captures are saved to your device gallery only when you choose to save them and are never uploaded to us.
- Microphone audio — recorded into your video file only if you enable sound in Settings; never stored or transmitted separately.
- Account, name, email, contacts, location — the app has no sign-up or login and does not use location permissions.
3. Permissions
- Camera — required for the live preview and capture.
- Microphone — used only to record sound into videos (can be turned off).
- Photo/video picker — accessed through the system picker only when you choose an existing photo or video to apply the effect.
4. Information processed automatically
- Advertising (Google AdMob) — to show banner, interstitial and app-open ads, Google and its ad partners may process the advertising ID, device type, approximate (IP-based) location and in-app events. Where required (EU/UK etc.) we ask for consent through Google's User Messaging Platform; you can limit personalized ads in the app or your device settings. - Ad placement configuration — on launch the app sends its package name to our server to fetch which ad placements are enabled. No personal identifiers are included.
- Google Play services — installs, updates and in-app review prompts are handled by Google Play under Google's privacy policy.
5. Retention
We store no information that identifies you. App settings (effect values, capture ratio, etc.) are kept on your device only and are removed when you uninstall the app.
6. Sharing and international transfers
We do not share your information with third parties. While ads are displayed, Google and ad partners process information under their own policies and may operate outside your country (e.g. in the United States).
7. Children
The app is not directed to children under 14 (or the age defined by local law) and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
8. Your rights
You can delete the app at any time to remove on-device data, revoke camera and microphone permissions, and reset or delete your advertising ID in device settings. Contact us below with any request and we will respond promptly.
9. Changes
Updates to this policy are posted on this page with a new effective date.
