1. Purpose
These terms govern your use of the mobile application Pixel Glass Cam (the "app") provided by the Pixel Glass Cam team ("we"). By installing or using the app you agree to these terms.
2. The service
The app applies a glass-tile refraction effect in real time to your camera feed or to photos and videos you choose, and lets you save and share the result on your device. All processing happens on the device.
3. Free use and advertising
The app is free and shows ads (Google AdMob). Ad content is provided by advertisers; we make no warranty about advertised products or services.
4. Your responsibilities
Use the app without infringing others' rights such as portrait and copyright. You are responsible for the content you capture and share.
5. Intellectual property
The app and its components (design, effects, code, marks) belong to us. Photos and videos you create with the app belong to you.
6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of fitness for a particular purpose or freedom from errors. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the app.
7. Changes to or termination of the service
We may add, change or discontinue features or the service. Captures already saved remain on your device.
8. Changes to these terms
Changes are posted on this page with an effective date; continued use after posting means you accept them.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections where you live.
